Today’s fast-paced business environment requires leaders who can create impact and influence others with sound communication practices. As the CEO of a highly sought-after consulting and training company, Stacey Hanke has trained over 15,000 executives on how to communicate with confidence and credibility to build trust and deliver messages that drive action and create lasting results.
Coming from an entrepreneurial upbringing, Hanke learned early that how we consistently show up and interact determines our success both at home and work. This was further honed while working as a voiceover artist. Hanke quickly realized how every word, every movement of your body, and every sound matters — all of these combined determine who listens, who stays connected with you, who believes you, and who will act on your recommendation.
Hanke then jumped into the corporate world as a trainer for Fortune 500 companies, speaking on every possible topic, from motivation to customer service to leadership. Now, though her own consulting and training firm, she mentors leaders who want to ensure their employees perceive them as influential, and sales professionals who want to ensure their message and style resonate. Her past clients include FedEx, McDonalds, Google, Kraft Heinz, Nationwide, American Express, Discover, and Oracle.
An inductee into the Speaker Hall of Fame, Hanke has been a featured guest on media outlets including The New York Times, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Thrive, SmartMoney Magazine, The Economist, and Business Week. She is also the co-author of Yes You Can! Everything You Need from A To Z To Influence Others to Take Action and Influence Redefined: Be the Leader You Were Meant to Be, Monday to Monday.
